얼음 좀 깨지마

영국 텔레크래프 지의 지구 사진 갤러리에 올라온 사진들.
National Geographic Explorer 배를 타고 노르웨이 Svalbard를 탐사하면서 찍은 사진으로
자연 사진작가인 Michael Nolan이 찍은 것이라 한다.

어미와 떨어진지 얼마 되지 않은 듯한 백곰 암컷이 먹이를 찾아서 수십킬로미터를 이동하다가
이 탐사선(관광선?)을 만나게 되었고, 인간을 처음 접하고 강한 호기심을 보여주었다고.

뭐, 그냥 야생 동물의 생태 사진으로 오른 기사인데...
재치있는 한 인터넷 사용자가 "얼음 좀 깨지마!!' 라는 제목으로 이 사진을 올렸다.
쇄빙선이 얼음을 깨고 진행하는걸 북극곰 한 마리가 막으려는 듯한 모습으로 보이는데다,
북극 빙하가 사라져 북극곰의 생존이 위협받는 현실을 고려하면 묘하게 잘 붙은 제목 인듯.
